ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

1. Be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma or Equivalent G.E.D (Nurse Assistant 16 years old )
2. Take a school entrance exam and pass with a minimum of 70%. 
3.  A valid ID or DL. Provide Social Security or ITIN number (Not mandatory) 
4. Paying the $75.00 registration fee (non-refundable) (Sponsor or workers compensation vouchers students no need to pay registration. It’s included in the voucher) 
5. REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT 
6.  Schedule an appointment and interview with the Admissions Department (Virtual remote session or at the main campus) 
7.  School account will be provided to the prospective student to access the online enrollment web portal? to complete enrollment 
8.  Sign in with the school account.  
9. Students? Watch the video on how to complete it. The enrollment? 
10. Submit a copy of your High School Diploma or GED; or 
11. If you do not have a High School diploma or GED, choose to take the school entrance. Benefit exam passes with a minimum of 70% required. 
12. Once you have completed the process and the admissions department verifies all documents, admissions will request to: 
13. IT department to provide all school materials, including smart devices or computers, to the student. 
14. Request the Education Department to schedule the first day of class.? 
15. ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS PROVIDED TO STUDENT (FERPA LAW PROHIBITS SHARING STUDENT DATA WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN THE STUDENT ITSELF OR REQUESTED BY A COURT ORDER)
